We charge a competitive flat annual fee. There are no hidden charges, no percentage-based markups, and no commission earned on insurance or any other service. Every supplier relationship is disclosed and every invoice is available for review.
Your building is assigned a dedicated property manager who takes personal responsibility for the day-to-day running of the site, with direct oversight from our director. You deal with the same person throughout and there is a clear escalation route if anything needs to come up the chain.
We operate our own in-house maintenance team, which means common repairs and routine works are handled without inflated contractor markups. For specialist or larger works, we procure competitively and transparently on your behalf.
Residents access their accounts, report maintenance issues, and communicate with their property manager through our online portal. You have visibility over everything we do, at any time.
If we are not the right fit, you are not locked in. We offer a break clause on new instructions so you can judge us entirely on the service we deliver before committing to anything longer term.
