About Adeline Property Group

Adeline Property Group was founded with a straightforward conviction: that property owners deserve a managing agent who operates with the same diligence and transparency they would expect from their accountant or solicitor. That principle informs everything we do, from the way we structure our fees to the way we communicate with residents and directors.

The group operates across two divisions. Our management arm provides residential block management services to RMC and RTM companies, freeholders and developers across London, the South East and South Coast. Our development arm acquires, refurbishes and manages residential property, working with private investors who share our long-term outlook.

Our team brings experience across property management, development, finance and compliance. We are small enough to maintain direct relationships with every client, and structured to ensure that every building we manage receives personal attention from both a dedicated property manager and our director.

We are members of The Property Institute, registered with The Property Ombudsman, and operate in full compliance with the RICS Service Charge Residential Management Code (4th edition, effective April 2026). Client funds are held in accordance with our Client Money Protection scheme, and we are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Our ambition is measured. We are not trying to be the largest managing agent in the market. We are focused on building a business that delivers consistently, operates transparently, and earns the trust of every client we work with. Growth follows from service, not the other way around.
