Resident and client portal

Every resident and director of a building managed by Adeline Property Group has access to our online portal. The portal is designed to give you full visibility over the management of your building, at any time, from any device.

Through the portal you can view your service charge account, check balances and payment history, access building documents including insurance certificates, fire risk assessments and meeting minutes, and review financial statements and budget reports.

Maintenance issues are reported and tracked through the portal. You can submit a request, attach photographs, and follow its progress from report to resolution. Every action is logged so there is a complete record of what was reported, when it was actioned, and how it was resolved.

The portal also provides a direct communication channel with your property manager. Messages are documented and time-stamped, ensuring nothing is lost and there is always a clear record of every conversation.
